Chris Graham

i81-headerOvernight left lane closures are scheduled for Interstate 81 northbound near the West Virginia state line on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, July 28-29, from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. These closures will allow crews to clean up a fuel spill in the median along the West Virginia portion of I-81.

During these overnight lane closures, congestion is possible in Frederick County just north of the city of Winchester. All work is weather permitting.

The VDOT Staunton District serves Frederick, Shenandoah, Clarke, Warren, Page, Rockingham, Augusta, Highland, Rockbridge, Alleghany and Bath counties.
