City of Staunton releases Water Quality Report

Contributors

staunton2editsThe 2012 Water Quality Report is now available on the Staunton City Website at www.staunton.va.us/ccr.

Citizens can be assured in knowing that the City’s drinking water meets or exceeds all state and federal water quality standards.

The Water Treatment Plant staff continues to be a diligent steward of the environment. The plant is an active participant in the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality’s Environmental Excellence program. As a further demonstration of the Public Works Department’s commitment to the environment, we are making this year’s report available electronically, online.

Should you have any questions about the source of your water or how it is treated, please feel free to contact Mr. Doug Towne, Plant Supervisor at 332-3961.
