CDSME Leader Training Scheduled in May

vpasheader0311Leader Training is scheduled for May 9, 10, 16 and 17 at the VPAS Corporate office located at 325 Pine Avenue in Waynesboro and in Rockingham County sometime in July. Depending on the number of people who are interested in becoming Leaders there will either be two separate Leader Trainings or one that is combined.

After the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) Leader Training, a 1 ½ day Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP) Leader Training will be held for CDSMP Leaders who would like to be cross trained in DSMP.
