The limited-time, online-only sale starts Nov. 12 and runs through Nov. 18.  The Christmas Town $12 single-day ticket is redeemable on any one of the following dates: Nov. 21, 22, 23, 30, Dec. 7, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22 or 30.
