After Greensboro’s Tracy Jester made 1-of-2 at the foul line, Tavis Stapleton and Welty hit back-to-back jumpers to push the lead to 12 points. Daniel McClain capped the run with a layup, giving Bridgewater a 59-45 lead with 7:47 remaining.

Greensboro cut the margin to nine points with 6:09 on the clock, but the Eagles reeled off 12 unanswered points to put the game away.

Layups by Matthew Hunter and Reddick made the score 63-50 before two buckets by Ronnie Thomas pushed the Bridgewater lead to 67-50. Aaron Adams then knocked down a jumper and Reddick scored again from in close, giving the Eagles their biggest lead, 71-50, with just 2:51 left in the game.

Bridgewater put three players in double figures with Reddick leading the way with 16 points. Stapleton recorded a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds and Thomas finished with 10 points
