Topic: “The American Way of Higher Education – Does It Need Reforming?”

Debators: Claudia Dreifus and Richard Hersh – Dreifus is a veteran New York Times reporter,  academic and co-author of Higher Education? Hersh has served as president of Hobart and William Smith Colleges and Trinity College. The two will discuss the current and future state of higher education.

The Bridgewater College Symphonic Band under the direction of Dr. Christina Carrillo, assistant professor of music, will present concert of music throughout the history of the wind band repertoire.
