Lt. Gov. Bill Bolling will speak at the monthly SWAC Breakfast on Saturady, Oct. 13, at 8:30 a.m. at Golden Corral in Waynesboro.
Bolling is the chairman of the Virginia campaign for Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney. Bolling is also a candidate for the GOP nomination for governor in 2013.
