Bocock Fun Day at the park on Friday

Waynesboro Generals assistant coach Mike Bocock is hosting Bocock Fun Day at Mathers Park at Kate Collins Field on Friday morning.

The Fun Day, sponsored by Bocock’s Shenandoah Valley Baseball’Softball Academy, is open to kids ages 6-12.

There is no cost to attend the Fun Day, which will feature instruction in baseball fundamentals and fun games for the kids.

All participants will get a free ticket to Friday night’s home game with the Staunton Braves.
