Fourteen members of the Bath Senior Center completed the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSME) and the Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP) on July 28 and received a Certificate of Completion. Participants learned valuable information about Diabetes and how to manage their chronic conditions more effectively and improve their health.
