The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Jacob Shields and Brittney Southern on numerous residential burglary charges that occurred late last year.
The two suspects have been linked to crimes in Augusta County, Staunton and Harrisonburg that were reported between August and December.
Shields was served with 34 felony warrants and two misdemeanor warrants. Southern was served with 31 felony warrants and five misdemeanor warrants.
Both are currently being held in the Middle River Regional Jail without bond.
The investigation is still ongoing at this time.
