First report: Friday, 9:01 a.m. The Albemarle County Police Department is currently seeking the whereabouts of 42-year-old Daniel B. Spencer.
Spencer was last seen on foot in the 9200 block of Critzer Shop Road at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Friday.
Spencer is considered endangered due to a cognitive impairment that may impact his safety.
