Albemarle County Police Department assisted with a vehicle pursuit initiated by the Greene County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday that entered Albemarle County southbound on Seminole Trail.
The pursuit ended on Seminole Trail near Hilton Heights Road where the suspect was taken into custody.
Albemarle County Police has charged Solomon Nazar with disregarding signal by law-enforcement officer to stop, eluding police, failure to abide a traffic signal and reckless driving by speed.
