The Atlantic Coast Conference announced Wednesday the league’s men’s basketball conference schedule for the 2012-13 season. Each school’s non-conference schedule will be announced by the league at a later date once the ACC’s regional television partners have made their selections.
The 2012-13 season is the first year the ACC will feature an 18-game league slate. The Cavaliers will play seven schools home-and-away (Boston College, Clemson, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia Tech), two schools only at home (Duke, NC State) and two schools only on the road (Miami, Wake Forest).
The 2013 ACC Tournament will be held March 14-17 at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, N.C.
The conference games were tentatively announced in June, but exact dates, times and television designations were first announced on Wednesday.
2011-12 men’s basketball season ticket holders may currently renew their season tickets. The priority ordering deadline in Sept. 17. Payment options include a three-month payment plan. 2012-13 men’s basketball season tickets will be available at four price levels: $435, $340, $215, and $165 and will go on sale to new buyers beginning Tuesday, Sept. 4.
