The weekend of Nov. 13-15 will celebrate the release of Brothers Craft Brewing resolute beer. Hampton Inn Harrisonburg-University will be the host hotel providing a room, two coupons for Sunday Brunch downtown at Clementine Café, and complimentary shuttle service to the Resolute Weekend events.
On Friday, kick off this three day celebration at the pre-event at Capital Ale House‘s second annual Barrel-Aged Tap Takeover. Featuring 30 barrel-aged drafts from Brothers Craft Brewing, Founders, Stone, Hardywood, Goose Island, Avery, The Bruery and more, this is the ultimate craft beer fan’s celebration. Enjoy select flights, as well as Brothers Craft Brewing 2013 Rum Dubbel (Great American Beer Festival bronze-medal award winner); this incredible draft lineup will start your Resolute Weekend the right way.
Come out to the annual event on Saturday at Brothers Craft Brewing in downtown Harrisonburg. The Resolute Release Party will have bottle sales, food trucks, corn hole, music and more. The release party will also have guest taps from Lickinghole Creek Craft Brewing, Avery Brewing, Champion Brewing and a few others.
Resolute is a Bourbon Barrel-Aged Russian Imperial Stout and a flagship barrel-aged project; designed from the ground up to optimize the nine-month aging process. Resolute greets you with a thick, chocolaty head followed by an unbelievably complex harmony of vanilla, oak, chocolate, espresso, and a rich malty base that each clamor for your attention.
