Bath Senior Center Members participated in The Balanced Living with Diabetes program presented by Stephanie Deihl,
Kay Stiltner and Cristin Sprenger from The Virginia Cooperative Extension. The four week program included nutrition education by a registered dietician, food demonstrations and taste testing of recipes. Everyone enjoyed their weekly visits and is looking forward to the Reunion session in March 2015.
