What we love most about our dreams is also what can make them strange: they’re of our making, yet out of our control. But how can dreams translate to poetry? We’ll spend the day exploring what our imaginations—”the mind’s eye”—can dream up, with brief readings and short writing games and exercises. We’ll also talk about how we can tap into our dreaming creativity to bring a fresh, exciting energy to our waking writing.
