Bombshell: Daniel Bryan added to WrestleMania 30 main event?

Chris Graham

danielbryanA Daniel Bryan-led Occupy Raw movement at tonight’s Monday Night Raw resulted in Bryan getting an important added stipulation attached to his WrestleMania 30 match against Triple H: if Bryan defeats Triple H at ‘Mania, the main event WWE Title match between Randy Orton and Batista becomes a triple threat match with Bryan as the third combatant.

The question has to be asked: is WWE listening to its fans and actually planning to add Bryan to the main event, or just placating those same fans who have been demanding that Bryan get to headline WrestleMania for the first time with no real plans to give Bryan his main-event shot?

Whichever way you go on the question, you have to concede that WWE has us on this one; the clamor from Bryan’s legions of fans has essentially been muted.

(At least until Triple H wins in controversial fashion, and Bryan is ultimately denied his title shot. By then, you’ll have already subscribed to the WWE Network, if you haven’t already, and before the six-month commitment has worn out, you’ll have long since been hooked. Again, they got us on this one.)
