The Price Rotary Senior Center Local Council met on Monday, June 17th. In addition to the usual reporting we were fortunate to welcome two new board members. Nancy Owens, James Madison University Lifelong Learning, and Gail Ham, Harrisonburg Parks and Rec. They each took the opportunity to share about their respective programs.

A $50,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the return of property taken in a residential burglary in Augusta County that came to be known when a high school student said he had silver coins stolen off a school bus.
The Route 704 (Cecil Wampler Road) bridge over Interstate 81 in Rockingham County is scheduled to be closed for up to a week beginning Thursday, Aug. 20.
