richard adamsThe next Richard Adams Variety Show will be on Friday, Feb. 8 at 7:30 p.m. There is a 15 minute intermission.  This show will have lots of variety.

I’ve been looking for a good bluegrass band for the show since it’s inception im 2011.  I finally found them. Bourbon Barrel Congress recently formed from a group of younger guys that have played with many a band. They actually describe their music as Americana, Oldtime, Country, Bluegrass and Folk. The group features Chris Davis on Bass and Vocals,

Rene DeVito on Fiddle/Mandolin, Michael Emerson on Harmonica and Vocals,

Ethan Hawkins on  Guitar, Mandolin and  Vocals and John Spangler on Banjo and Vocals. All these guys are great musicians and they’ll have the house clapping and stomping their feet.

But wait, there’s more. Elvis (aka) Bob Lunger is making a return appearance to the show. He will singing/dancing some tunes as well as making his return in “Cooking with the King” where Elvis and Richard will show you how to make one of Elvis’ favorite Valentine Treats.

Whistling sensation Den Frumen will show off his whistling skills during this show. Den is a singer/songwriter in addition to being an outstanding whistler.

Ten-year-old Nathan Aitcheson will also be at the show to dazzle you with his Flat Footing abilities.

The show will also feature audience participation with “You can be on a Talk Show” as well as “You can be the Weather Guy”.

Richard Adams is the host of The Richard Adams Variety Show. More online at www.WTAGateway.com.
