An Amelia County man died from injuries sustained in a single-vehicle crash in Masons Corner on Sunday.
According to Virginia State Police, a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban was traveling south on Chula Road at 3:32 p.m. when it ran off the left side of the road and struck a tree. The vehicle then spun and struck additional trees.
The driver, Dakota Lewis Evans, 24, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
