Jeffery Kessler, the lawyer for 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports in their case against NASCAR, told Judge Kenneth Bell in court on Thursday that the two sides have agreed to a settlement, per Frontstretch‘s Dalton Hopkins, who is in the North Carolina courtroom.
Kessler told Bell that paperwork is being drafted now that will bring a conclusion to a nearly two-week trial and a lawsuit that’s hung over the sport since October 2024.
If true, the settlement came on Day 9 of the trial, which began on Dec. 1.
We’ll have more news and information later on Dickenson Media and the “Street Knowledge” podcast later this afternoon.
