The UVA Basketball team gets its first test of the 2025-2026 regular season with a home game with Marshall, tabbed sixth in the Sun Belt preseason poll, and a projected 21-game winner, per KenPom.

The opening tip is scheduled for 12 noon.

Virginia is a 21.5-point favorite, with an over/under at 155.5, suggesting Vegas foresees a final score in the range of 88-67.
