Minor inconvenience for drivers on the U.S.29/250 Bypass on Tuesday, with VDOT installing new pavement markings and a regulatory sign at the ramp near Old Garth Road and Old Ivy Road in Albemarle County.

The work will add a dedicated left-turn lane from the southbound U.S. 29/250 Bypass ramp to Old Ivy Road, improving traffic flow and driver awareness at the intersection.

Motorists should use caution near crews and allow extra travel time.

Minor delays are possible during installation.
