Ashley Eaton was last seen at 12:30 a.m. on Saturday in the area of 970 Lake Arrowhead Road in Luray.
Eaton wears glasses and a heart-shaped bracelet silver in color.
According to her family, she has a mental disability that does not allow her to understand dangerous situations, and she may have met someone online.
