Waynesboro Police are investigating a felony shoplifting of an Apple iPad that occurred at the Waynesboro Walmart on Monday, Nov. 28 between 7:30-7:40 p.m.
Police are requesting the public’s help in identifying a male suspect caught on store surveillance cameras breaking into an electronics case and removing an iPad valued at over $400.
Surveillance cameras show the man entering the store and heading straight for the electronics department where he is observed furtively working to get the case open and then taking the iPad. He then conceals the item on his person and proceeds to the exit leaving the store.
