Local boater takes home top prize

Waynesboro boater Chris Dillow took top honors in the FLW BFL Shenandoah Division tournament held on the James River on Saturday.

Dillow caught a five-bass limit weighing 16 pounds, 6 ounces Saturday to win $3,756 plus a $2,000 Ranger Cup bonus.

Under cloudy skies, Dillow was junk-fishing around sticks and trees to bag his limit.
