Whether you love or hate the Bird and Lime scooters that arrived in Charlottesville this winter, the city of Charlottesville wants to hear from you.
This Dockless Mobility Pilot was adopted by Council in November 2018 and is set to expire on July 31st, 2019. As part of the evaluation process, City staff have partnered with the University of Virginia’s Urban and Environmental Planning Program to develop and implement a survey to collect feedback on this program.
The survey is part of the City’s evaluation of the positive and negative impacts that these devices have in Charlottesville. It will take less than 10 minutes to complete and contains questions for both the user and non-user including:
- How often have you ridden a rental dockless scooter/bike?
- Do you wear a helmet when riding a scooter?
- Where do you predominantly ride – on sidewalk or street?
The survey will be open through May 1 and can be accessed via the City’s websitewww.charlottesville.org/dockless.
