Augusta County Library hosts Yoga for a Cause

yoga for a causeThe Augusta County Library will host a Yoga for a Cause class at 9:15 a.m. Saturday, June 11 at its Fishersville Location. The class features Vinyasa Flow yoga and is appropriate for beginner and intermediate levels. The instructor is Trish LaGrua.

The yoga class is free, but participants are encouraged to make a donation to the charity of month. June’s charity is the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention. Participants should also bring their own mat.

Yoga for a Cause will be offered monthly during the summer. Additional classes will be offered on Saturdays, July 9 and August 13 at 9:15 in the Fishersville Library.
