In celebration of CROP’s 50th anniversary, Bridgewater College will hold a CROP Meal from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, in the main dining hall in the Kline Campus Center.

Ted & Company TheaterWorks will present Bridgewater College’s Fall Spiritual Focus at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, in the Boitnott Room at the College. The performance is free and open to the public.

Bridgewater College will present a Homecoming concert featuring a variety of music at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, in the Concert Hall in the Carter Center for Worship and Music.

Dan Veach, the founder and editor emeritus of the Atlanta Review, will read from his most recent poetry collection, Lunchboxes, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16, at Bridgewater College.

Bridgewater trailed for the first time all season, but regained the lead in 98 seconds and scored 45 unanswered points to beat Hampden-Sydney 51-7 on the Tigers’ Homecoming.

The public is invited to the second presentation of three in a series about water quality in Rockbridge County. The presentation will be held in Dunlap Auditorium, Lexington Presbyterian Church, 120 S. Main Street, Lexington.
