The Mosaic Theater Company of D.C., one of Washington D.C.’s newest and most acclaimed groups, will stage performances Feb. 16-18 of Dr. Izzeldin Abuelaish’s memoir “I Shall Not Hate,” and of “Via Dolorosa,” by Sir David Hare.
