Augusta County Republican David Karaffa is putting together a health-care town hall at Riverheads High School on Sunday, Sept. 6, from 6-8 p.m. Karaffa sent out a press release promoting the event on Friday noting that he will be inviting U.S. Sens. Jim Webb and Mark Warner to take part.
