Gov. Bob McDonnell today announced three judicial appointments to fill vacant circuit court positions that were not filled during the 2013 General Assembly session. Robert R. Effective July 1, 2013, all requests for an FR300P Accident Report must be made to the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). State law was amended by the Virginia General Assembly during the 2013 session to declare DMV as the sole source for distribution of FR300P Accident Reports completed by state law enforcement agencies in Virginia.
