Warren County: Authorities search for missing 16-year-old who may be in California

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing and endangered 16-year-old.

Ryo Hope Josephine Flores was last seen in Warren County on Tuesday. She may be in California.

She is considered endangered due to concerns for her physical safety.
