Virginia Beach Police make arrest in weekend shooting at apartment complex

Virginia Beach Police have made an arrest in the Saturday morning shooting death of a man at the Atlantis Apartment complex.

Brian James II, 20, of Virginia Beach, has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Jesus Alfredo Jeronimo Can, 24, of Virginia Beach.

The shooting was reported at 3:06 a.m. Saturday, according to police.
