Loyalty to a process, or loyalty to the people who elected you? That’s the issue facing the Waynesboro School Board, which is opting for process over the people – and common sense.

Editor Chris Graham points out in today’s Rant that it’s not hard to amend processes, but it might be hard to mend the broken fences between the Board and the Waynesboro community over the handling of the controversial proposed school-redistricting plan currently on the table.
