Staunton Senior Center Welcomes New Staff Members

Contributors

ssc staffSSC welcomes Maria Chavez as the Center’s volunteer administrative assistant. She covers the front desk, answering phones, welcoming members and visitors, and helps staff with various administrative duties Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. She is always ready with a smile and we greatly appreciate her time and efforts!

Also, Mike Stewart, SCSEP participant, has joined SSC as program assistant trainee. Mike sets up and leads programs, will assist with planning and implementing special events and will be essential in the development of afternoon and evening programs geared toward very active adults. It’s a treat to have Mike with the Center.
