Staunton Augusta Art Center preps for Juried Youth Art Show

staunton augusta art centerThe Staunton Augusta Art Center announces the opening of the annual Juried Youth Art Show.

The art show opening is scheduled for Sunday, February 28, 1-3pm in the art galleries of the RR Smith Center for History and Art, 20 S. New Street in historic downtown Staunton across from the downtown Visitor Center and New Street parking garage.

This collaborative exhibition includes the best new works from area (Augusta County, Staunton, and Waynesboro) public, private, and independent schools, pre-k through 12th grade.

The exhibition will be up through April 2. After the Opening, routine gallery hours are 10am-5pm Monday – Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday. There is no charge to visit the galleries and everyone is welcome.
