For law enforcement, prosecutors, social workers, and other related professionals.

When: Thursday, April 23, 2015, 9:00 am- 5:00 pm
Where: Plecker Workforce Center, Blue Ridge Community College, Weyers Cave, VA
Keynote Speaker: Randy Krantz, J.D. M.A. R.N. and Commonwealth Attorney for Bedford County, VA. Randy will be presenting on, Preparing for Prosecution of Adult Abuse and Neglect: From the Hospital to the Courtroom.

In addition: There will be a showing of the film, He Wouldn’t Turn Me Loose, Western Union will be speaking, and there will be a panel discussion of groups/organizations collaborating on abuse related issues.

Cost: Free. However, a suggested donation of $10 to cover the cost of lunch would be appreciated. Checks can be made payable to ElderAlliance, Inc. (Tax ID# 54-1920505) and mailed to Anne See at PO Box 551, Harrisonburg, VA 22803.
