Albemarle County Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire on Cypress Pointe Drive at 2:36 p.m. on Tuesday.
A fire was reported in the front room of the building by the first arriving unit at 2:43 pm.
No one was home at the time, and there are no reported injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Albemarle County Office of the Fire Marshal.
