The Waynesboro Senior Center is hosting a community forum for seniors and families of seniors to focus on how to have happy and healthy holidays with seniors.
The event, scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 3, at 7 p.m., will offer tips on how to start the conversation with parents, children and loved ones about supported decision making so that senior family members retain autonomy and independence.
The forum will also offer ideas for how to help seniors overcome the holiday blues and provide some gift ideas for seniors.
