Goodlatte on road to easy win in Sixth

Republican incumbent Bob Goodlatte is on his way to a 10th term representing the Sixth District of Virginia in the U.S. Congress.

With 84 percent of precincts reporting at 10:22 p.m., Goodlatte had 170,059 votes, 65.5 percent, to 88,926 votes, 34.3 percent, for Democrat Andy Schmookler.
