The game will of course be a highlight, but for the coaches in attendance the practice schedule on Tuesday and Wednesday will be a time where they can get a different feel for what the players may have to offer their programs.
“This gives coaches a chance to see them outside of just a game environment. You get to see them in practice, how they react to different situations. That’s important in terms of evaluating how they can fit into your program,” said Ed Huckaby, the head coach of the postgrad basketball team at Fishburne.
The All-Star Game is at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Fishburne Military School gym. Admission is free.
