
MyCville is the City’s new Citizen Relationship Management tool. The application allows a community member to request services and report issues from the convenience of their mobile phone. Reports are automatically routed to the appropriate staff and they can include a picture and report the exact location.
A map of nearby issues is also displayed so the community can see what friends and neighbors may have already reported.
Service requests include:
- Billing questions
- Building inspections and permits
- Free smoke detector installation
- Recycling container requests
Issue reports include:
- Graffiti
- Litter
- Overgrown landscapes
- Potholes
- Sidewalk safety
- Traffic sign issues
- Traffic signal issues
- Missed trash or recycling pickups
