CDSME Ended Grant Year with 250 Completers

cdsmp-logoDuring the current grant year ending Aug. 31, VPAS Chronic Disease Self-Management Education (CDSME) hosted 29 workshops with 345 participants and 250 workshop “completers.”

A completer is defined as a participant who complete at least 4 of the 6 workshop sessions. Over the past 3 years VPAS has hosted 52 workshops, with 626 participants and 481 completers.
