Augusta County Sheriff’s Office investigating stolen vehicle

The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance with locating a stolen vehicle.

On July 17th, between 10 and 11 a.m. a blue 2001 F-350 dually pickup, with a service body, was taken from the intersection of Stuarts Draft Highway and Meadow Knolls Lane, Staunton, where it was parked and being displayed for sale. The vehicle was locked.

Investigators from the Sheriff’s Office are working with investigators from Rockbridge County, who have similar reports.
