An Afton man is dead from injuries sustained in a one-vehicle accident on South Delphine Sunday night.

Leon Eugene Brown III, 33, was killed when he lost control of his 2006 Nissan Pathfinder while driving north on South Delphine, according to Waynesboro Police.

The Pathfinder crossed into the southbound lanes before it left the roadway and rolled over. Brown was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle.

Brown was the only occupant in the vehicle.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
