UVa.-Radford baseball game canceled; ‘Hoos to face William and Mary on Wednesday

uva-logo-new2The UVa.-Radford baseball game, scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday (April 15), has been cancelled because of inclement weather. In that game’s place, #1 Virginia will play William & Mary at 6 p.m. Wednesday (April 16) at Davenport Field. 
Fans with tickets for the Radford game may bring their tickets to the Davenport Field gate for the same seat on Wednesday. Fans also may exchange their tickets in advance for a General Admission ticket to any other regular-season game by calling the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office at (800) 542-8821 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or bring their ticket to the gate for General Admission seating at any remaining regular-season home game, subject to seat availability at the time of arrival.
Fans also may exchange their tickets for a General Admission ticket from any of rescheduled or altered games from earlier this season:
Feb. 18 – vs. William & Mary
Feb. 28 – vs. Monmouth
March 2 – vs. Monmouth
March 4 – vs. George Washington
March 5 – vs. Old Dominion
March 16 – vs. Boston College
March 18 – vs. Rutgers
March 29 – vs. Virginia Tech
April 1 – vs. Norfolk State
The $2 Tuesdays promotion will be honored at the Wednesday game. $2 Pepsi products and hot dogs will be available at the concessions stands. Free coffee and hot chocolate also will be available all evening.
Parking will be available in the University Hall, McCue and John Paul Jones Arena parking lots.
