The ACC will release Virginia’s complete non-conference schedule and the dates and times of conference games in late August or early September.

“We’re really looking forward to 2013-14 season, especially our home schedule ” Virginia head coach Joanne Boyle said. “Five of the eight ACC teams we play at home this season were NCAA Tournament participants a year ago and three of thoseteams finished in the Top 20.  We’ll certainly need our great fans to continue to create a loud and supportive home court advantage.”

The Cavaliers return their top three scorers from last season’s squad: Ataira Franklin, Kelsey Wolfe, and Sarah Imovbioh. UVa also welcomes back 2012 ACC All-Defensive Team selection Lexie Gerson.  Gerson, who sat out last season due to injury, averaged 9.8 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 2.6 assists during the 2011-12 season.
