Kissler, who is still at large, was reportedly dropped off by a Medicaid transport van at the Salvation Army parking lot in Charlottesville on Aug. 24 after being discharged from a behavioral health facility in Petersburg.

She has no known ties to Charlottesville, and has not been seen or heard from since.

Additional information:

  • Anna has ADHD and autism.
  • She typically wears baggy clothing and a beanie.
  • She has a bear tattoo on her left shoulder.

If you have any information regarding Kissler’s whereabouts, contact the Charlottesville Police Department’s non-emergency line at 434-977-9041.
