A Women’s Health Event: Just Breathe

Are you always rushing to get to the next item on your to-do list? Take an evening to “Just Breathe.” Join us for an assortment of sessions just for you! Learn mindfulness practices to use at home, find your bliss in a meditation session, walk away your worries through our labyrinth, learn how to organize your kitchen for better health and learn tips for those who may have food allergies. In between sessions you can also stop by to visit our staff for a blood pressure/pulse check, a DermaScan screening, have a body composition assessment and sample healthy snacks. Free.
